About the Job
The Corporate Credit Lead will manage end-to-end credit initiatives, work directly with business teams and IT groups, and drive improvements in credit workflows. You will be responsible for supporting system operations, handling T24 issues, facilitating enhancements, and ensuring product rollouts across multiple business units.
This role requires a mix of technical knowledge, credit expertise, and strong coordination abilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Corporate Credit Projects
Oversee both Conventional and Islamic credit initiatives, ensuring accurate implementation and timely delivery.
2. Provide Operational System Support
Support CAC/CAD Operations, branches, and relevant teams for day-to-day system and credit-related matters.
3. Manage T24 Systems (Temenos)
Handle T24 issues, new enhancements, modules, and deployments across AA, LD, Limits, and Collateral modules.
4. Analyze and Document Requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications by preparing FSDs (Functional Specification Documents).
5. Coordinate System Development & Testing
Work closely with ITG teams and vendors to manage development cycles, QA testing, UAT sessions, and production releases.
6. Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Engage with internal business users, Temenos partners, and IT departments to ensure smooth project execution and system stability.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
Professional Experience

3 to 5 years of experience in CAC/CAD Operations (Conventional & Islamic).

3 to 5 years hands-on experience implementing T24 modules including:
